Our sin and harmful behavior is often rooted in a system of lies and belief patterns about ourselves and others. Healing is a process of asking God to enter into our hearts to bring light and truth where otherwise there was darkness and lies. Let’s listen in as we seek deeper healing for ourselves and the body of Christ.

“BEHOLD, I MAKE ALL THINGS NEW! (Rev. 21:5)
What is holding you back from living an abundant life? You may feel like your past, your sin, or even your life’s circumstances prevent you from being who you were created to be. Jesus came to make all things new and that includes you.
Bad habits, past hurts, constant hangups. How do we conquer discouragement and disappointment? Is there any hope for a life of freedom? Jesus came to make all things new, even you.
God made you on purpose and with a purpose. What’s keeping you from this? Jesus came to make all things new. Surrender to Him and live the life you were created for.

Tuesday Mar 03, 2020
The second half of life can be challenging to navigate. Children are out of the house, grandchildren bring a new demand on time, and new prayers arise every day. Strangely, we can find ourselves busier than our first half of life.
For those experiencing the second half of life come and enjoy community and faith at an event called “Coffee with Fr. Calais.” Fr. Calais has been a priest in our diocese for over 65 years and served Sacred Heart of Jesus for several years under Fr. Louie. The morning will start with Mass at 8:30am. The event to follow will feature coffee, pastries, and a witness from Fr. Calais in the Parish Life Center.

Our struggle with sin can often be a struggle with a symptom of something much deeper rooted in our heart. Lies, attitudes and a system of unbelief can be the system below the surface that feeds our sin. Listen in as we begin this series seeking healing in our own hearts.

02/23/2020 | The temple is not needed | Fr. Michael Delcambre

Jews needed the temple to offer sacrifices to God. It was a place where man encountered God. With Jesus, man’s encounter with God is found in a person, namely Jesus Christ. He is now the temple. Believers who enter into his life become temples as well. Listen to why the temple is no longer needed.
